Warranty Period

The warranty starts on the date of purchase.
A product is considered defective when it has a defect in workmanship or materials that causes the product to fail to operate in accordance with the specifications provided by KFI.


Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, you have the right to withdraw from your contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically take possession of the goods.

Please contact customer service once the returned item has been delivered to the warehouse so that the refund process can begin.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must include all accessories

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs

  • For non-quality-related returns, KFI refunds the cost of the product only

  • Returns may be rejected if the above requirements are not met

Note:
If a gift was included with your purchase, it must be returned in good condition together with the product.
If the gift cannot be returned due to the buyer’s reasons, or is damaged or lost during the return, KFI reserves the right to deduct the corresponding value of the gift from the refund amount.


Notification of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform KFI of your decision through a clear statement (e.g., letter by post, fax, or email).
You may use the model withdrawal form provided, but this is not mandatory.


Return Process

Return Shipping

You are responsible for returning the goods without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Condition of Goods

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With all tags and packaging intact

You are responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and functionality of the goods.

Required Information

  • Order number from online purchases made through KFI

  • Clear photos showing:

    1. Outer package with SKU label

    2. Outer package with waybill information

    3. Product quantity or visible defect

Once confirmed, our support team will assist with replacement or refund arrangements. Incomplete information may result in rejection of the request.


14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Refund requests under the 14-day money-back guarantee expire 14 days after a warranty claim is initiated.
Refunds for non-quality-related issues are not available after this period.

For purchases not made directly through KFI’s official online store, please contact the original retailer.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting returned goods

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed

  • Refunds may be withheld until goods are received or proof of return is provided

  • Standard shipping fees are refundable only if the entire order is returned

  • Express or non-standard shipping fees are non-refundable


Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sealed audio or video recordings that have been opened


Warranty & Defective Products

If your product is defective or not as described, please contact KFI Customer Support immediately.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable warranty laws.

Warranty Claim Process

The buyer must:

  • Provide valid proof of purchase

  • Cooperate with troubleshooting steps documented by KFI

  • Provide the serial number and/or visible proof of defect

  • Return the defective product if requested for inspection

Replacement warranties may be voided if:

  • The wrong item is returned

  • The defective item is not returned as required


Valid Proof of Purchase

  • Order number from purchases made through KFI

  • Sales invoice

Multiple forms of proof may be required.


Shipping Costs Paid by Buyer

Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following cases:

  • Returns unrelated to proven defects

  • Warranty claims outside the original country of purchase

  • Accidental or unauthorized returns

  • Personal items returned

  • Items found functional after inspection

  • International return shipping of defective items

  • Returns outside approved warranty procedures


Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Products without valid proof of purchase

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Expired warranty products

  • Non-quality issues after 14 days

  • Free promotional products

  • Third-party repairs

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or external factors

  • Purchases from unauthorized sellers


Limitation of Liability

KFI is not responsible for:

  • Data loss resulting from product use

  • Personal items mistakenly returned to KFI
